Ali is an expert in the field of MS Office. I looked at and interviewed dozens of freelancers and they were unable to help with setup of a complicated MS Word document with tables formatting. He is also expert on Excel, which I will be needing help with in the future! He was very comfortable with me sharing my screen and him actually teaching me how to edit this document myself for future changes. Ali understood the problems as explained and was very fast and efficient in resolving the issues of this job.

Ali was very efficient and totally understood my issues. He went above and beyond. He really stood out above and beyond the others who bid on this project and he showed that he read and understood the job as well as proving he had the skills to perform what was needed.
