Duties & Responsibilities:
-Record day-to-day financial transactions including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments into the accounting software or ledger accurately and timely.
-Managed accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) for medium & small companies, resulting in a 5% decrease in overdue payments.
- Collect, input, and process payroll data, including hours worked, bonuses, commissions, and other earnings, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
