Work Terms
1. Project Scope:
I’ll work on social media graphics and other graphics as discussed. If you need additional work beyond what’s agreed, we can discuss any extra costs.
2. Timeline:
I’ll provide a rough timeline for the project, including when you’ll get the first drafts and final design. There won't be any delays, If there are any delays, I’ll let you know as soon as possible.
3. Revisions:
I include 3 rounds of revisions in the project cost. If you need more changes, we can talk about additional fees.
4. Payment Terms:
I usually ask for a 10% deposit to start the work, with the rest due when the project is completed. Payment can be made via Online bank transfer, and I’ll send an invoice.
5. Deliverables:
You’ll receive the final designs in [file formats, e.g., JPG, PNG, AI, PSD]. I’ll send these once I’ve received full payment.
6. Communication:
We can communicate through [preferred method, e.g., email or messaging platform]. I’ll keep you updated throughout the project and respond to messages.
7. Confidentiality:
I’ll keep your project details private and won’t share or use your designs for my portfolio without your permission.
8. Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel the project, please let me know as soon as possible.
9. Ownership and Rights:
Once you’ve paid in full, you’ll own the final designs and can use them as you wish.
