I am an architect with expertise in 2d and 3d architectural design, 2d floor plans, 3d walkthroughs, 3d elevation, and any kind of interior, exterior rendering. I have over 3 years of experience working in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit(V-ray), and lumion10 so I can not only create a realistic design but also doing rich and eye-catchy rendering.
I will design your houses, commercial buildings, offices or institutions, etc, ranging from small houses to urban scales.
I will also develop 3D models of your project, with or without the basic package.
Architectural 3D rendered images are also included.
If required, I can also provide walk-through animations.
2D architectural drawings of the new designs will also be provided if needed. Extra cost will be added for that.
Work Terms
50 % upfront
50% at the completion of the project
