Diploma & degree in music performance and education from Interlochen Arts Academy and the University of Minnesota, Morris. Principal clarinet for the 2006 National Festival Orchestra. Pit musician & coach for over 30 amateur musicals on clarinet, flute, piccolo & alto saxophone.
Studied creative writing at Interlochen Arts Academy, Saint Olaf College, Maharishi International University, and with the Soul Bone literary festival.
Completed trainings in somatic Focusing technique and Attunement holding therapy. Experienced at holding space for difficult emotions and managing conflict.
