I graduated from high school in computer science, I am looking to develop my skills and gain more knowledge. my goal is to deliver the best service posible.

I have worked for about 4 companies most are call centers in them i have gained customer service skills, payment management and a little of sales. some of the the tools i had to use to manage the daily work was taking calls through phone softwares, send and receive emails through outlook. store data in a cloud server, handle spreadsheets, enter data in platforms and cold calling. i am determined, responsible and educated person. i like to watch documentaries and read every once in a while.
