A data analyst for 11 years, I was let go during a department buyout, where I was expected to be hired by the new company but they cut the number of positions desired. I recently wound up working on a project for the same company for 10 months, but in a temporary capacity, and when that ended I turned to freelancing.

So, I'm new to the online feeding frenzy for work, but am motivated to complete tasks in the most quick and efficient manner possible. I have the cliched, "attention to detail", and I actually enjoy extracting, and sifting and sorting data!

I like to have as many details as possible about a project up front, but am a believer in good communication, and am happy to discuss project requirements as needed to determine exactly how to achieve the goal of the client.
