I have become a skilled trainer, logging thousands of hours in front of learning audiences. I have also become skilled at understanding business and learner needs and building training to meet them both by applying adult learning theory and best practices.
During my career, I've:
—Planned, designed and implemented well over 100 ILT, blended and eLearning modules.
—Built advanced to expert skills in Articulate Studio, StoryLine and 360.
—Became skilled in multiple Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
—Recorded and edited scores of audio and video pieces.
—Developed and coordinated system-wide orientations to induct hundreds of new employees annually.
—Led the search for and acquisition of a Learning Management System (LMS).
—Led transition to and management of learning functions of a talent management system for over 3200 employees.
—Lost count of the number of audio/video scripts, reports, articles and stories I've written.
Along the way, I have figured out that having fun and doing training don't necessarily clash. Now, I am offering my extensive capabilities to meet your business learning needs.
Work Terms
Open to W-2 contracts at $47.50 / hour and up and 1099 situations at $60 / hour and up, negotiable.
