I am an experienced Sales agent, Appointment Setter, Customer Service support and even Technical Support Specialist with 7 years of experience. My work experience revolved around Phone and Email support across United States,Canada and Australia.
My previous employment was for an Australian company. I was setting appointments for Sales Closers as an agent and later on was promoted as a Team Leader after 3 consecutive months of being the top agent. I still hold the most number of leads converted which amounts to around $300,000 in 4-5 months.
My skill-set also boasts excellent customer service (Business-to-Business, Human-to-Business and Human-to-Human) as well as basic Technical Support. I worked for a top Software Company and I was assigned to handle high-end business partners as their Concierge.
Other work experience was with Sales (Medical Supplies, Education and the Stock Market) and was also able to handle Insurance accounts (Benefits,Coverage, Billing, Claims).
Lastly, I also held multiple positions such as Quality Assurance Specialist, Communication and Product trainer, Subject Matter Expert (Tier 3) and Team Leader.
