Work Terms

Project Scope: We will discuss and clarify the project scope with you before starting any work. A detailed project outline will be created to ensure we are aligned on expectations.
Pricing: Our rates are competitive and based on the complexity and duration of the project. We offer both hourly and fixed-price options, which will be discussed and agreed upon before the start of the project.
Payment Terms:
A deposit of 20-50% of the total project cost is required before work begins.
Remaining payments will be scheduled based on project milestones or delivered phases.
Payments can be made via Guru.com’s secure payment system.
Communication: We believe in maintaining open communication throughout the project. We will provide regular updates on progress and are available for discussions via any communication medium as needed.
Revisions: We include a set number of revisions in our proposals. Additional revisions may incur additional charges, which will be communicated in advance.
Deadlines: Timely delivery is crucial. We will provide an estimated timeline for project completion and keep you informed of any changes.
Ownership and Rights: Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the completed work. We may include the project in our portfolio unless otherwise specified.
Confidentiality: We respect your privacy and will not disclose any confidential information or project details without your consent.
Termination: Should either party wish to terminate the agreement, a written notice is required. Payment for work completed up to that point will be due.
Feedback: We appreciate feedback and reviews upon project completion, as they help us improve our services and grow as a team.
