I currently work as a supervisor on a team of 20 people. In my current role, I serve on a variety of interview teams, review applicant information, and help my colleagues with personnel decisions. I have been in this role for seven years. I truly believe people do amazing work in their everyday lives. It can be difficult to articulate what has been accomplished. I enjoy helping people realize the potential they have and use their unique strengths to make a positive impact. I have attached sample resumes I have completed. Work Terms
My goal with new clients is a weekly turn around, unless otherwise specified. Often, as I go through your information, I will ask questions about your skills, education, past experience, and your career goals and outcomes. Majority of my communication will be online and I bill via PayPal.
