- Customer Service: team management, phone - email - chat - ticket support and Magento - Zendesk and SAP.
- Human Resource; working on my dissertation for Doctor in Human Resource whose area of specialty includes Hiring, Benefits and Work Compensation, and Employee Training and Development.
- Virtual Assistant: maintenance of clients' appointment calendar, appointment setting and research.
