Almamo is an Education scientist who has gathered experience in international Organization development fields. With passion and high responsibility, Almamo has been exposed to work experience and challenges that he turned into opportunities of growth which make him a highly competitive professional among international organizations perspective.
Almamo management experience progressively spans over 12 years in various jobs and functions. In Canchungo, Guinea-Bissau, he led a team of 15 whose work and recommendations underpinned the successful transformation of a local technical school. At SOS Children Village headquarters in Bissau, he designed and implemented a computer-based performance monitoring and reporting tool for teachers and students.
At the US Embassy’s Bissau Liaison Office, Almamo is in charge of public diplomacy section, and he is also the chief editor of the US Embassy’s Bissau Liaison Office magazine Retrospetiva which was launched under his initiative.
As an inter-cultural Education Specialist, who worked as a high school teacher, technical school Director, and NGO administrator and a former member of SOS Children Village National management team and Education Coordinator in Guinea-Bissau, Almamo is an experienced curricula development, student and teacher performance evaluator and monitor. In administration and management, he has experience in development, fund raise strategy and grant monitoring for the U.S. Government.
Graduated in Educational Science 2012 from the Universidade Lusófona da Guiné, (Guinea-Bissau), postgraduate in Intercultural Education and master’s studies in Education and professional practice supervision by Universidade de Lisboa in Lisbon, Portugal.
Work Terms
My remuneration requirements are flexible depending on the size and complexity of work. It varies from $25 to $27 per hour of work. I use Paypal and other online payment methods. I am available for any further discussion.
