I've been a professional 3D artist for over 6 years.

I'm able to do 3D modeling, texturing, rendering, animation, and orthographic drawings of a 3D model... I worked for Autodesk as a student expert, and as a freelancer, I have worked for various firms based in mainly Germany, the USA, and Turkey.

Work Terms

1. Project Scope and Description:
The client and the freelancer agree on the project scope as outlined in the proposal.

2. Payment Terms:
Payment in full is required before final deliverables.
Project fees include two rounds of revisions; additional revisions may incur extra charges.

3. Payment Schedule:
Payment is due upon project completion.

4. Watermarked Previews:
Watermarked previews are provided for client review before final payment.

5. Revisions:
Two rounds of revisions are included; additional revisions may be charged separately.

6. Delivery of Final Files:
High-resolution, non-watermarked files delivered upon full payment.

7. Copyright and Usage:
The client gains full rights for the intended use.
Freelancers may showcase the project in their portfolio unless otherwise requested.

8. Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to maintain project-related confidentiality.

9. Termination of Agreement:
Either party may terminate due to a breach of terms, outlined in writing.

10. Dispute Resolution:
Disputes will be resolved through negotiation and mediation.

11. Governing Law:
The agreement is governed by [Jurisdiction] laws.

12. Acceptance of Terms:
Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.

13. Signatures:
Both parties shall sign this agreement.

14. Professional Conduct:
Both parties commit to maintaining a professional, respectful, and collaborative working relationship.
If the client uses profanity or behaves disrespectfully, the freelancer may terminate the project.
