In the blink of an eye, life had changed and new times were amongst us during the pandemic. Those times felt like moments of extreme uncertainty, limited freedoms, and helplessness. But, without making judgments about what seemed to be chaos happening globally, we decided to focus our efforts on work that brought us light, hope, and peace in difficult times. So we worked and observed people, markets, industries, and changes in culture as a whole. It was almost like society unlocked a new level of innovation because we saw the rise in established businesses and revolutionary projects like never before. Additionally, we saw individuals with traditional values that made a shift toward innovation and initiative.
And with all the major shifts that arrived across the globe, we recognized that the previous models that had existed in the workforce were inefficient, obsolescent, and lacked altruism. But we didn’t just want to guess, we wanted to be sure that we can build a company that was hyper-focused on vision and results-driven to facilitate creativity and innovation. So we set out to begin tests despite not having an established brand, investment capital, or even a website; we solely operated through word of mouth leads. It was then that we discovered that the demand was much greater than we thought. Not only were individuals and businesses seeking multi-service creative strategy management, but they were seeking a company whose motivation is focused on the achievement of results instead of just emphasizing consulting. Ultimately they sought out a partnership that could make these shifts in the rise of the new digital innovation era in a straightforward way.
