am a highly qualified Community Health Specialist with a Master's degree in Public Health and a solid foundation in Social Work and Social Administration. With over a decade of experience, I specialize in working with communities in post-conflict regions, particularly in areas like Northern Uganda. My expertise spans gender analysis, social behavior change communication, and designing and implementing USAID-funded programs.

Work Terms

Scope of Services:
I will provide expert consultancy and services in areas such as community health, gender equality, social behavior change communication, and program design. This includes development of strategies for USAID-funded programs, gender analysis, capacity building, monitoring and evaluation, policy analysis, and stakeholder engagement.

Each project will outline specific deliverables and objectives, and additional services outside of this will be discussed and agreed upon in writing.

Timeline & Deadlines:
Project timelines will be mutually determined before work begins. Any potential delays caused by unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.

Payment Terms:

Clients will receive a detailed quote before any work begins.
Payments may be based on hourly rates, milestone-based, or as a flat fee.
Deposit: 30%-50% advance required for larger projects.
Final payment is due upon project completion and prior to delivering final outputs.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or another agreed method.
Revisions and Modifications:
Revisions are included for the original scope (up to two rounds). Additional revisions will incur an extra charge based on hourly rates. Any project scope changes after agreement will require updated terms.

Confidentiality & Data Protection:
I will keep all client data confidential and secure. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) can be provided upon request to formalize confidentiality.

Communication:
Communication will be conducted via email, phone calls, or virtual meetings, with regular project updates. Long-term projects will include weekly check-ins to track progress.

Ownership of Deliverables:
Once full payment is made, copyright of all deliverables will transfer to the client. I may use non-sensitive work for promotional or portfolio purposes.

Termination & Cancellation:
Either party can terminate the agreement with written notice. If the client cancels post-commencement, the deposit is non-refundable.
