I have been working from various Business Process Outsourcing and Contact Center Companies here in Manila since 2005. With my education and years of work familiarity I have established high levels of capability in different back-office support like chat, email management and customer coordination. Same with the skills that I've established working in the technical industry like problem analysis, multitasking and various office base platforms like MS Office, SAP and client ticketing system software. I am very comfortable in connecting and writing both professionally and casually in the English language.
