With over 7 years of experience in product management, I have developed a passion for optimizing e-commerce platforms and supply chain logistics, delivering value to customers and businesses alike. Currently, I am a Senior Product Manager at Everstox, a leading provider of API-first logistics solutions for e-commerce merchants.

In this role, I work closely with a dedicated team of engineers, UX/UI and cross functional team, focusing on enabling the inbound logistics cycle and refining the inventory management system. We have successfully rolled out several pivotal features, ensuring system stability and scalability in critical areas influenced by inventory management. Additionally, I have introduced the "Opportunity Solution Tree" discovery framework and a tailored delivery process, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centricity.
