Author of The Lucky Confucian. Chinese Culture, History and Language Expert
Amadeus is the author of a non-fictional Chinese book (The Lucky Confucian. Published May 2017. ISBN: 9789670980089).
Since primary education, Amadeus has been very passionate about writing in Chinese, Chinese culture, Philosophy, Personal Development and Self-Motivation. Over the years, including university life, he has never stopped writing in Chinese. He has been writing for local newspapers & local magazine for a decade. In year 2013, his work was published on Qiao Shi Dai ??? magazine from China.
He has read tonnes of books as well and unfortunately most of his book collection were flushed away in two great flood.
Amadeus delivered public speeches at the Read Malaysia and World Chinese Book Fair 2017. In November the same year, he was interviewed by CityPlus FM, a local radio station to speak about his book.
Amadeus has also been designing, copywriting, and running multiple digital marketing strategies for the book.
Amadeus has also completed many English-Chinese translation & video transcribing projects for clients like Prudential Singapore.

1. Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written Chinese
- Won in a writing competition organized by a magazine from China and the specific article was published on chinanews.com.
- Published a book in year 2015 which is available as ebook in Douban, China. The print copies(ISBN: 9789670980089 published May 2017) are available in all book stores in Malaysia.
- He has written more than 60 articles from 1000 words to 5000 words for newspapers and magazine such as Sin Chew Daily, Nan Yang Siang Pau and Malaysia Kini.
2. Intuitive knowledge of Social Media such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube
- In year 2014, he was running the Facebook Page for World Vision Malaysia for 4 months.
3. Capable of plan and manage public events.
- Have been planning and running yearly "Impromptu Speech" competition in World Chinese Book Fair since 2015.
Work Terms
I've a fulltime job so can only take part-time or freelance projects. Payment usually breaks down into phases: Kick-Start fee, milestone payments and final payment.
