Bilingual Customer Service Manager

I was born in Guinea Conakry, after graduation from High School I left for Pittsburgh, PA in the United States in order to go to college. For the last 18 years, I had been living in Pittsburgh. I have 10 years of experience as a customer service representative, in various call centers in and around Pittsburgh. I can provide phone support, both in English and French, email and ticket support.
I have remarkable interpersonal, organizational and time management skills. I am well versed in all the Microsoft Office Suites applications. Furthermore, I learn new applications quickly and efficiently. I am able to support team goals along with finishing my assigned tasks which makes me a perfect fit for a multitasking environment such as this one.
For the last two years, I have been working on Upwork as a freelance virtual assistant.

Work Terms

I am available Monday thru Friday 24/7. My preferred method of communication is Skype.
