My name is Amanda Jean Royer. I was born December 6, 1987, and was raised in a small town called Worcester, Pennsylvania. That's pronounced WORE-SES-TER, not WORE-CHEST-ER, there's no 'H.'
Art has always been at the forefront of my life. I started drawing at a young age, most likely drawn to the limitless possibilities it provided. I mostly drew pictures of myself or popular cartoon characters I was growing up with at the time. I was lucky enough to have attended a school district that was rich in art classes and took every one I could manage until I graduated from high school in 2006. In 2010 I received a Bachelors of Arts in Art Studio with a concentration in Graphic Design from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. I graduated with cum laude honors and a minor is Asian Studies and Art History.
I am currently working as a freelance artist, selling the occasional painting, while working full time as a Graphic Designer at Safeguard in Lansdale, Pennsylvania.
Work Terms
E-mail communications are best for me as I work a full time job and don't always have access to my phone. Since I work a full time job on top of my freelance work my "freelance hours" are limited to about 3-4 hours Monday-Friday and about 6 hours on Saturday or Sunday.
