Work Terms

2. Availability: Flexible hours; respond within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday). Urgent tasks may incur additional fees.

3. Payment Terms: Hourly or fixed fees agreed upon in advance. Initial deposit (50–50%) required for fixed-price projects. Partial payment prior and upon work.

4. Revisions: Two rounds of revisions included; additional revisions billed hourly. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

5. Confidentiality: All client information is confidential. NDAs available upon request.

6. Communication: Primarily via mail or project platforms. Regular updates provided.

7. Timeline: Delivery timelines depend on project scope and will be agreed upon beforehand.

8. Ownership: Clients retain ownership of final deliverables after payment. Drafts remain my intellectual property unless
agreed otherwise.

9. Cancellation: Clients can cancel anytime. Completed work will be billed, and deposits are non-refundable after work begins.
