Work Terms
Availability:
Available for short and long-term projects, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (IST). Flexible for deadlines and different time zones.
Communication:
Responsive via Guru.com messaging and video calls. Regular project updates provided.
Project Management:
Utilize Trello, Asana, and Basecamp for tracking milestones and tasks.
Payment Terms:
Competitive hourly rate, tracked through Guru Workroom. Fixed-price projects have defined scope, timeline, and milestones, with payments via Guru’s SafePay system.
Revisions:
Up to three rounds of revisions included. Additional revisions billed hourly.
Confidentiality:
NDA signing available to protect client information.
Quality Assurance:
Committed to high-quality deliverables, thoroughly reviewed and tested.
Termination:
Either party may terminate with written notice, billing for completed work.
Client Responsibilities:
Timely feedback and necessary resources required to avoid delays.
