Work Terms

At Pukhtoon Solutions Hub, we are committed to providing top-notch software solutions with clear communication and transparency throughout the project lifecycle. Below are the key terms that guide our work:

Hours of Operation:
- Business Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time, PST).
We are available for meetings and discussions during these hours, but are flexible for clients in different time zones.

Communication:
We prioritize clear and transparent communication to ensure your requirements are met to the highest standards.
- Preferred Channels: Email, Slack, Zoom, or Skype (whichever is most convenient for you).
- Response Time: Expect a response within 24 hours on business days. Regular updates will be provided on project progress.

Payment Terms:
- Hourly or Fixed Pricing: We offer both hourly and fixed-rate pricing, based on the project type. We are open to discussing the best pricing structure.
- Initial Deposit: For larger projects, a 25-50% upfront deposit is required, with the remaining balance due upon project completion or at defined milestones.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments through PayPal, Bank Transfer, or Upwork (for platform-based clients).
- Invoice Frequency: Invoices are issued monthly or upon project completion, depending on the agreement.

Project Milestones:
For large projects, the scope is divided into manageable milestones. Each milestone is reviewed, and upon approval, the next phase is initiated.
Payments are due upon approval of each phase, ensuring you pay for work that meets expectations.

Confidentiality & Ownership:
All project details will remain confidential. You will retain full ownership of all code and deliverables upon full payment.
Feedback & Revisions:
We offer 2 rounds of revisions within the scope of the initial agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
