We are available for meetings and discussions during these hours but are flexible if you’re in a different time zone.
Communication:
We prioritize clear and transparent communication to ensure that your requirements are met to the highest standards.
Preferred Channels: Email, Slack, Zoom, or Skype (whichever is most convenient for you).
Response Time: Expect a response within 24 hours on business days. We aim to keep you updated regularly on project progress.
Payment Terms:
Hourly or Fixed Pricing: Depending on the project type, we offer both hourly and fixed-rate pricing. We are open to discussing the best structure for your needs.
Initial Deposit: For larger projects, we typically request a 25-50% upfront deposit, with the remaining balance due upon project completion or at defined milestones.
Payment Methods: We accept payments through PayPal, Bank Transfer, or Upwork (for clients who prefer working via platforms).
Invoice Frequency: We issue invoices monthly or upon project completion, based on the agreement.
Project Milestones:
