Work Terms

**Work Terms for Professional Graphic Design Services:**

- **Hours of Operation:** Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST), with flexibility for urgent projects.

- **Payment Terms:** For projects under $100, full payment upfront. For projects above $100, 50% upfront and 50% upon project completion.

- **Preferred Communication Style:**
Open and transparent communication via any medium of your choosing or project management tools. Virtual meetings available if required.

**Revisions and Turnaround Time:**
Up to three rounds of revisions. Initial design concepts within 1-2 business days, revisions in 1-2 business days.

- **Project Scope and Additional Services:**
Agreed project scope, deliverables, and timeline. Revised estimate for additional services.

- **Confidentiality and Ownership:**
Utmost confidentiality for shared information. Upon full payment, you own the final designs.

- **Quality Assurance:**
High-quality designs aligned with your brand's vision and objectives.

- **Cancellation Policy:**
Prorated refund for canceled projects based on progress made, no refund for completed work (subject to considerations based on satisfaction & project description).
