Work Terms

1. Availability:
- I am available 24/7.
- I am open to discussing urgent projects or weekend work on a case-by-case basis.

2. Communication:
- Preferred communication channels: Guru messaging, email, and Zoom.
- I strive to respond to all messages within 24 hours during business days.

3. Payment Terms:
- All payments will be processed securely through Guru SafePay.
- For milestone-based projects, 50% of the payment is required upfront, with the remaining balance upon completion of the milestone.
- For hourly projects, time tracking will be transparent, and weekly invoices will be submitted.

4. Revisions Policy:
- Two revisions are included with every project at no extra cost.
- Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.

5. Confidentiality:
- All project information will be handled with strict confidentiality. Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) can be signed upon request.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Clients may cancel projects before delivery of the first milestone. Refunds are available for uncompleted milestones only.
- No refunds will be provided for completed work.

7. Deliverables:
- All deliverables will be shared in the agreed format (e.g., Excel files, PDF reports, or Amazon tools) and on the specified timeline.
