I am a freelance Legal Assistant, who specializes in Criminal Defense.

My name is Amber, I am a single mother of 3 beautiful children. My oldest is 18, my middle child is 14 and my youngest is 8. I am very passionate about my job, as a child I knew Criminal Defense was what I wanted to do. It called to me. I currently work for a Criminal Defense attorney who is semi retired, so i find myself with a little extra time on my hands. I am available for contract work. I mainly have experience in criminal, but have done divorce and drafted basic wills as well. Within the criminal field I have drafted everything from the full set of pre-trial motions to motions to modify bond conditions. I am also familiar with some civil; responses to admissions/interrogatories/requests for production, general denials, affidavits, and discovery review.
