While my career has been focused on the public sector, I have a strong business, political and financial acumen that positions myself among the top business executives in both the public and private sectors.

I'm known as a strategic thinker, strong leader, coach and change advocate. I'm a passionate and authentic individual who enjoys developing people, seeing them succeed and working in an environment that positively impacts its employees and the greater community. I challenge the status quo and inspire others in achieving professional, personal and business success.

I hold a Masters in Business Administration, a certificate in Public Administration, certification in Prosci Change Management Practices (ADKAR) and am a Certified Coach Practitioner. Additionally, I'm one of the founding members of the standards for Change Management through the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) which is the basis for an education and professional designation program in change management and leadership.

I'm a community leader who volunteers, leads and serves as President of a non-profit organization The Regina Dragon Boat Festival Inc. and as a Public Director on a provincially regulated Board, the Chiropractors Association of Saskatchewan.
