Amelia has been a personal chef since graduating the Culinary Business Academy in 2008. she also has a BS degree in Business Management from Hodges University. She recently was placed on early maternity leave and is looking to keep both her cooking and writing skills sharp while staying up to date on current culinary trends. She is well versed in many different cuisines, kitchen management, food safety, owning a small business and balancing her work and family life.
