Work Terms

We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our average turnaround time for transcription services is 2 - 3 days with a rush option available for an extra charge. Our average turnaround time for writing services is 4 - 5 days with a rush option available for an extra charge. Our basic transcription service charges are $0.30 per audio minute with a 40% deposit ($0.12 per audio minute) up front and the remaining amount due upon completion of work. Our rush transcription service charges are $0.50 per audio minute with a 40% deposit ($0.20 per audio minute) up front and the remaining amount due upon completion of work. Our basic writing service charge is $0.0025 per word with a 40% deposit ($0.001 per word) up front and the remaining amount due upon completion of work. Our rush writing service charge is $0.005 per word with a 40% deposit ($0.002 per word) up front and the remaining amount due upon completion of work. All of our transcriptionists and writers are bound by a confidentiality agreement as well as HIPPA confidentiality agreements.
