Spent 3 years in the call center business as a CSR for various companies. Received multiple awards with regards to customer satisfaction and the ability to accomplish a great number of task in a given shift. Previous Job includes data entry, excel work, and handling incoming and outgoing calls from clients located in the US.
Currently a college student taking up computer science and on my third year. The feature editor of school paper and mostly invited to be the MC in most school events.
