My name is Alicia Smith and I am the owner of A Professional Touch Business and Tax Service. I have been in business for 10 years but have over 20 years of bookkeeping, tax preparation and payroll experience under my belt.

I also hold an associates degree in business management and a Bachelors and Masters degree in Accounting.

My goal is to provide the service that each clients wants while staying in compliance with account regulations. If there is ever something that goes against compliance, I will make sure my client knows so we can work to achieve his/her goals.

I call myself the cleaner because I usually wind up taking positions that require me to clean up a mess before I can get things in working order. Anything from collecting over $200K in past due invoices to wiping out an entire years worth of entries and entering them in properly. I take the time to clean and correct the slate. Sort of Mary Poppins with a calculator instead of an umbrella.
