What can I do to help?

I have a lot of customer service experience and love to work with others. I value people and the efforts made to accomplish tasks. My motivator for doing things are people and the benefit I can bring to them. Money has never worked as an effective motivator for me. I was a bank teller for a long time and aside from having clients leave happy, my favorite times were when I took on additional responsibilities. My extra responsibilities included approving transactions if management was unavailable, managing the cash for the branch, and assisting with the training of new employees whenever I got the chance.
