Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
As a graphic designer, I am available to work during standard business hours from Monday to Friday. However, I am flexible and willing to adjust my schedule to accommodate the needs of each project. I am also open to discussing weekend or evening work if needed.

Payment Terms:
My payment terms are flexible and will depend on the specific project. I typically require a deposit upfront to secure my services and then invoice the client for the remaining balance upon completion of the project. Payment can be made through various methods such as Payoneer, bank transfer.

Preferred Communication Style:
Communication is a key component of any successful project, and I strive to maintain open and clear lines of communication with my clients. I prefer to communicate through email, as it allows me to document all project details and ensure that nothing is overlooked. However, I am also open to phone calls or video conferencing if needed.

In addition, I believe in keeping my clients informed throughout the entire design process. I will provide regular updates and progress reports and welcome any feedback or input from the client.

Revisions:
I understand that revisions may be necessary during the design process, and I am happy to accommodate reasonable requests for revisions. However, I do request that all revisions are requested within a reasonable timeframe, typically within two weeks of delivery of the initial design.

Confidentiality:
I take client confidentiality seriously and will always protect the privacy of my clients. I will not share any client information or designs without express permission from the client.
