• Screening phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them.
• Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
• Dealing with incoming emails, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager.
• Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email and letters
• Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
• Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use.
• Making reschedule and arrange appointments for the staff.
