Work Terms

- Available **7:00 PM – 12:00 AM (GMT+8, Malaysia Time)**.
- Flexible scheduling based on project requirements.

2️⃣ **Services Provided**
- **Administrative Support** (data entry, document formatting, email management).
- **Microsoft Word & Excel tasks**.
- **Web Development** (PHP, WordPress, basic coding support).
- **General Virtual Assistance** (scheduling, research, task management).

3️⃣ **Communication & Response Time**
- Preferred platforms: **Email, WhatsApp, Telegram, or [Your Preferred Platform]**.
- Response time: **Within 24 hours** (except weekends & public holidays).

4️⃣ **Payment Terms**
- Payment via **Bank Islam, CIMB, RHB Bank, PayPal, Wise, or other agreed methods**.
- 50% upfront deposit for projects above **RM200 / USD50**.
- Hourly rate / fixed-price options available (discuss before starting).
- No refunds for completed work unless agreed upon.

- **Minor revisions** (small changes) included.
- **Major revisions** (extensive changes) may incur additional fees.

- Turnaround time depends on project complexity.
- **Urgent tasks (same-day delivery) may include a rush fee**.
- Cancellations after work has started may result in partial payment.
