Work Terms

Payment will be made through Guru within 2 days of receiving the final version of the work.

I reserve the right to use any work produced for the client as part of my portfolio and for self-promotion.

Any changes or revisions requested by the client must be made within 2 days of receiving the initial draft. Additional charges may apply for revisions requested after this period.

The client is responsible for providing clear and detailed instructions for completing the work.

The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or releases for use of copyrighted or trademarked material.

I retain ownership of the copyright of any work produced until payment is received in full.

I reserve the right to terminate the project if the client is found to be in breach of any of the above terms.

If the client is not satisfied with the final work, I will make every effort to revise it to their satisfaction. If a resolution cannot be reached, the client will be refunded the proportion of the cost that corresponds to the unfinished work.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration by the rules of guru.com
