Where executives can do multiple tasks at a time like chatting, transfer the customer to another executive, auto reply based on artificial intelligence, auto-saving of the answer if doesn't available in our database etc.
In javascript, I have worked on socket, core, ECM 5, and ECM 6 coding standards. My best project for this is a Call Application for a BPO sector that processes around 1 million call records daily. For testing purpose, I prefer Qunit for javascript apps.
