Work Structure:-
We choose the developers with right skill sets and align them under a project manager who will be your point of contact.
- We adjust our work time to overlap yours for at least 3-4 hours, so we can communicate to you daily.
- We provide a complete timetable of the work plan to you in the beginning.
- You can get a periodical demonstration of work by showing active screens through tools like webex. We can also provide periodical deliveries.
- You also receive weekly written reports of work done.
- Our QA is involved in the process from day 1 itself.
