Done mass hiring for customer care executives, travel assistants, team leaders, operations managers, etc.
Headhunting from various Job portals in India named Naukari, Monster, Shine, and private data vendors.
Preliminary screening of candidates.
First point of contact for Companies and Candidates for obtaining desired details.
End-to-end company empanelment cycle from the contract, hiring, joining, invoices, follow-up payments, filing taxes, etc.
Managing a team of tele-recruiters.
