Work Terms

Project Scope & Deliverables
All projects will begin with a clear outline of scope, objectives, and deliverables. Any additional requirements or changes after the initial agreement will be discussed and may incur additional charges.

Timelines & Deadlines
Estimated timelines will be provided for each project. I commit to delivering quality work within agreed deadlines, but project timelines may be subject to change based on complexity and scope alterations. Regular updates will be provided to ensure alignment.


Revisions & Feedback
A set number of revisions will be included in the initial project cost. Any additional revisions or significant changes to the original brief may incur extra charges. Clear feedback is required for each revision cycle.

Ownership & Rights
Upon full payment, all rights to the final deliverables (including designs, code, etc.) will be transferred to the client. However, I reserve the right to showcase completed work in my portfolio unless otherwise requested by the client.

Confidentiality
I respect client confidentiality and will not disclose any sensitive project details without prior consent. Any non-disclosure agreement (NDA) requests can be discussed and signed prior to project initiation.


Support & Maintenance
Post-project support and maintenance can be provided at an additional hourly rate, or through a monthly retainer agreement. Specific terms and rates will be outlined separately.
