My journey in IT started when I worked at a local internet café and later started my own, which is still operational. Over the years, I have perfected my skills and knowledge in various IT areas, including computer setup, software installation, troubleshooting, and system updates and upgrades.
I also offer remote support assistance, where I guide customers through the installation of applications and computer peripherals and use targeted questions to diagnose problems. I take pride in building strong relationships with each client and providing exceptional customer support, regardless of their level of computer knowledge.
