I am COPC register coordinator since 2014 and I have dealt for many years with contact centers a large amount of data.
Amr is a certified trainer and ran many pieces of training. especially, in Excel and customer service attributes.
marketing segmentation survey analysis was my recent project in data analysis as we have created biotechnology market segments to enhance sales numbers.
