Work Terms
1. Availability: I am available for both short-term and long-term projects. My working hours are flexible, and I’m open to discussing timelines to meet project deadlines effectively.
2. Communication: I prioritize clear and consistent communication throughout the project. I’m available via Guru messaging, email, and other platforms such as WhatsApp or Zoom for calls and updates. I’ll provide regular progress reports and respond to queries within 24 hours.
3. Project Scope: Before starting any project, I’ll work with you to define clear project requirements and goals. I offer full transparency on the tasks, timeline, and deliverables so we are aligned on expectations.
4. Revisions: I allow up to two rounds of revisions on each deliverable to ensure that the final result matches your vision. Additional revisions can be discussed and will be subject to a separate fee based on the extent of changes required.
5. Payment Terms: I prefer to work on a milestone-based payment structure. Payments will be made upon the completion and approval of each milestone. All payments are to be processed securely through Guru’s payment system. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before starting the work.
6. Confidentiality: All client information and project details will be treated with strict confidentiality. I’m open to signing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) if required to ensure your project's privacy and security.
7. Ownership: Upon final payment, you will have full ownership of the work delivered. I will transfer all necessary files, source code, and documentation as agreed in the project terms.
8. Support: I offer post-launch support for all WordPress websites I develop for up to 30 days to ensure everything runs smoothly. Extended maintenance and support packages can be discussed if needed.
9. Termination: Either party may terminate the project with prior notice. In such cases, I will invoice for the work completed up to the point of termination.
