● What qualities should a graphic designer have? They should have an education and work experience (through internship too). The should have natural talent and discipline, work with time constraints, and have experience working on timelines, keep their portfolio updated, learn new programs and skills regularly, know that the project at hand is someone else’s idea (9 out of 10 times), and work with great understanding, that more sets of eyes and minds help a project become a masterpiece for the person they are working with or for, be able to give some of their time away for free for the projects sake or if they cause an error, have a good positive healthy attitude at work at all times, know that every person has a varied taste in style, writing style, art styles and design styles and work within those constraints.

Work Terms

To be negotiated based upon the project. I work from Guru and use their safepay terms, with milestones or hourly.
