Work Terms

Welcome to Amzsoft Innovexa! We're excited to have you join our team To ensure a smooth and successful collaboration, please review these work terms carefully.

Hours of Operation:

Amzsoft Innovexa operates Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST.
We understand the flexibility of freelance work, so you can set your own working hours within these general guidelines. However, we ask that you maintain consistent availability during project deadlines and actively communicate any scheduling conflicts.
Payment Terms:

We offer competitive hourly rates based on your experience and skill set.
We operate on a hybrid payment model:
Initial payment of 10% of the total project cost is due before the work begins. This serves as a retainer and demonstrates your commitment to the project.
Remaining 90% of the payment is due upon successful completion of the project and your final approval.
Invoices are submitted after project completion and payment is due within 30 days. We offer multiple payment options for your convenience.
Please note that taxes are the responsibility of the freelancer.
Communication Style:

We prioritize clear and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Our preferred communication channels are:
Project Management Platform (Asana, Trello, etc.)
Email
Instant messaging tools like Slack or Telegram (for quick questions)
Calls are welcome and encouraged for detailed discussions or complex issues.
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 business hours. Please avoid multiple communication channels for the same issue to maintain clarity.
