Over the years, I have worked in various customer-facing and administrative positions in different industries, from big corporations to family-run businesses to just established start-ups. My work included project and operation management, data entry, research and planning, managing clients and a team of employees, implementing social media accounts and digital promotion, looking after payroll and generating invoices, reviewing contracts, customer research, evaluating KPIs, handling budgets, scheduling trips for the team, and various other smaller daily admin tasks.
