I have been working in the BPO industry since 2014. I started off as an outbound sales rep handling health care account in a small BPO company for 2 months and have been promoted as a Quality Assurance Analyst for 3 years. I have also worked as a tier 2 Technical Support for comcast and T-mobile, troubleshooting customer's devices such as mobile phones, landline, televisions, computers via the tools provided by the campaign as well as properly educating customer's/engaging them with the steps on how to fix the problem they're experiencing considering that I need to hit above as expected for the metrics such as FCR (First call resoution) and even CSAT.
