Hi Good Day! You can call me Marie. I have 12 years experience as Data Entry and Data Analyst and I have been promoted as Quality Analyst for 6 years . I am dedicated, detail oriented and willing to learn.

Here are my responsibilities.
Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors.
Read source documents such as cancelled checks, sales reports, or applications, and enter data in different databases for subsequently entry.
Provides ongoing performance support to new and/or under-performing team members, including coaching and remedial training.
Prepare and deliver reports and recommendations on, and propose approaches to address issues and/or data acquisition processes for clients.
Focus on deadline and deliverable - ensures the quality of the data that has been entered into the system.
Review functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of individual deliverable.
Ensures that immediate coaching is provided to team members with reported internal and external errors and that appropriate action plans are strictly implemented in order to meet Quality Metrics.

Reporting
Attends daily status call and weekly client meetings as required.
Provides team-specific reporting activities which includes:
Quality reports (QA score for weekly, monthly and quarterly)
Coaching logs

Work Terms

30-40 hours per week. Willing to do shifting schedule.
