My experience started at customer assistant in different areas, such as quality systems, data support, billing management of large accounts, credit recovery, commercial area administrative support, user support, internal and external mailbox management, schedules and holidays schedule and manage training, coaching, control, performance assessment of a team of costumer care service assistants.
During all the time I worked at Vodafone, from time to time, I assisted in recruiting new people for RH projects whenever there was an increase in work, and I had several tasks: CV analysis and screening, telephone screening, marking Interviews, group tests preparation and applications, individual interviews.
